Payment & Check-In
The hotel will collect credit payment at the time of booking to guarantee your room reservation.
All guests will be responsible for their own charges, including room/tax/resort fee, and all incidentals. We will ask for the guest credit card at check-in to cover these charges.
Deadline
The final date to secure room accommodations at the discounted Sweeper Summit rate is October 5, 2026.
Reservation Policies
Reservations made within the group block are subject to the following policies:
- Cancellations — Reservations cancelled within 3 days of scheduled arrival will be subject to a penalty equal to either one night room/tax, or half of the total room/tax for the reservation, whichever is greater.
- No Shows — Guests who fail to check-in on their scheduled arrival date are subject to a penalty equal to either one night room/tax, or half of the total room/tax for the reservation, whichever is greater.
- Early Departures — Guests who check out prior to their scheduled departure date will be subject to a penalty equal to either one night room/tax, or half of the total room/tax for the remaining length of stay of the reservation, whichever is greater.
